Hourly Rentals at Brant Conservation Area With tons of stuff to do all in one place, Brant Conservation Area is a fantastic place to kick back and spend time with loved ones. Enjoy the river and spot some wildlife while you paddle the 3 kilometers of very serene waters above the Wilkes Dam. Practice your paddling techniques, explore the protected banks and islands, or paddle to Turtle Island and enjoy a quiet picnic. Rent a bike and explore the magnificent trails that Brant Park has to offer or venture on to the Rail Trail that follows the river all through Brantford and then heads off to Hamilton. It also heads north to Paris and beyond. Bikes can therefore also be rented from our Paris shop. Brant Park also has a gigantic 1.3 acre swimming pool so you can cool off in the afternoon sun with a quick dip. It is structured like a wade-pool, which makes it very safe for kids. Stay the night! Bring along your tent, or rent one from us and enjoy a bonfire under the stars as a great end to a great day! Brant Park is so far away from the realities of city living, but so close to home. Located minutes off the 403, just outside of Brantford, it is only an hour west of Toronto.
