Paddle into the evening dusk. Our two 24 ft Voyageur canoes can carry 11 adults each, plus the guide. They are 4ft wide… safe and very stable. These trips start at 7pm. They are about 3 hours long and end at our riverside campsites in the Brant Conservation Area.

Evenings are the best time to go… the heat of the day is over… the wildlife is active… and people are few on the river. At dusk… glide through the mist like a ghost… feel the chill up your back as a Horn Owl spooks the night. Hear the gawking of the dinosaur-birds as you disturb their fishing. See the water churn as a fish flee away… your heart in your throat as beaver explode… paddle through silhouettes of trees… hear springs gushing … symphony nigh- acoustics across the hills.
