| In Paris you can rent a canoe, kayak or bike by the hour from our store on Grand River Street and paddle above the Paris dam. All boat rentals include life jacket, and paddles. | |

The Paris Dam on the Grand has created a large pond area about 1km long. Fishing is good in this area with lots of feisty small mouth bass. This is not a designated barb-less catch & release section. Paris also has access to the rail trail for biking and hiking. There are picnic tables at the Lions Park and washrooms. You can call to reserve a boat/bike… just call 1 888 258-0441 or 442-3654.
