The Seneca run consists of our breath-taking Oneida run with an additional eight kilometers, and is ideal for those who wish their river experience to last a little longer. Launching from Cambridge and ending in Paris, this trip adds an extra two hours or more to the Oneida run – because really, four hours just isn’t enough time to truly take in the river’s beauty and experience the Carolinian wilderness unique to the Grand River Valley. This is, after all, one of the most scenic parts of the Grand River. It is a section with the best of both worlds: low-key rapids add fun and excitement, while calm sections allow you to relax and take in the beauty surrounding you. Before paddling into picturesque Paris, you’ll pass by the majestic ‘three sisters’; haunting remnants of the Industrial Era and the railway system that was so crucial to the formation of our nation.
Due to the length of this run, it isn't suggested for beginners.
