We supply the trail bikes & helmets. Your guide can detour to a mountain bike trail instead of the Rail Trail if desired. |

Meet at Paris the first day and shuttle up on the Seneca Run @ 9:30am or 11:30am. Get out at the Paris dam and drive 15 minutes to your campsite. The next day we shuttle you at 9am or 11am from your campsite. You then paddle the Cayuga Run back to your campsite/vehicle. |
